South Bend Community Fitness is a donation-based group fitness class offered to the residents of the South Bend Community. The fitness classes are formatted for participation from all fitness levels. The South Bend Community Fitness classes are for all ages so kids are also welcome making this a family friendly fitness environment.
South Bend Community Fitness classes are held every Tuesday at 6:30. The classes run for approximately 45 to 60 mins including a warm up and cool-down period. South Bend Community classes do not require any equipment. Come and join us at the South bend Pool. We meet at the old tennis court area. Just bring water, a mat and the will to go 110%.
