Thank you for visiting our site. I hope you will decide to walk alongside us towards a healthier longer life! My name is Candace, I am a mother of two and a wife of one. I am a Professional Educator and a Certified Yoga Teacher.
For 11 years I have struggled with my weight. I have tried many diets and exercise programs. Throughout my weight lose journey I tried several workout videos, however, nothing ever worked like my BeachBody workouts did. Only one problem…I never could finish the programs! Fast forward to today, due to the motivation of my husband, children and family, I am down 40 pounds since I started with Beachbody! Moreover, now that I am Beach Body Coach, I really see all the support this company has set up both the customers and the coaches! If I knew then what I know now, perhaps I would have started the trek towards perfect health a long time ago with Beach Body.
So friends, whether you are here by accident or by faith, I encourage you to continue the journey with me. I agree it is a long journey and no matter what physical level you are currently, Beach Body and I will help you reach your goals!

Hello my name is Jason.  I live and Chester, Virginia with my wife, children and three dogs.  I am a group fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast who enjoys promoting individuals to live an active life style through fitness. I am a graduate of the Sports Backers Fitness Warriors program where I was trained in group fitness.  I currently teach group fitness classes several days a week for all fitness levels.  In my free time I enjoy working out and spending time with my wife and two girls.  I am currently studying to receive a certificate in personal training so I may become a more versatile trainer and have a greater knowledge base to help others reach their fitness goals.

The classes I teach are designed to help participants improve strength through resistance training and endurance through circuit style training.  My classes are designed so they can accommodate all fitness levels.  I am a firm believer that fitness can be fun if you incorporate what you enjoy to be active.

What We Do

Fit By Benns group fitness classes offer fitness for all levels in a comfortable and encouraging environment.  Class participants benefit from classes that promote muscular, endurance and cardiovascular strength to improve overall performance and physical health.  Classes improve overall performance and physical health through classes that incorporate resistance training for muscular strength and circuit training for cardiovascular strength.

 

 

Our Motivation

In this fast moving world, we are a husband and wife team like a lot of us struggle with finding the time for fitness and healthy meal preparation.  Being a parent, working 40 plus hours a week, and balancing other family obligations can be tough.  To combat this we worked as a team to balance everything from managing the kids to fitness and meal preparation.  In the beginning it may take time and sacrifice, but once you develop a system it become routine a part of life.  We will admit our path to wellness has allowed us to make good progress, but we still have a ways to go.  As we continue to grow and meet our wellness goals, we motivate you to grow and meet your own wellness goals.
